Before you set off
Opened on 23 April 2026. The photograph records 11 May 2026, not current shop openings, availability or activity operation.
Presented as a permanent lakeside destination, not as a dated festival or a guarantee that a temporary fair is running.
The city gives overall hours of 07:00–21:00; individual shops and facilities have different hours.
These are facility hours, not a statement of opening or closing times for every surrounding park path. Follow local path restrictions and check individual tenants for hours, prices and reservations.
Official facility FAQWhat to look for
- The aerial photograph shows the complex and its waterside setting; this is not Kobuntei in Kairakuen Garden.
- The city lists dining and shopping, a lawn and sports courts. Check each business or activity separately for opening and booking conditions.
JR Mito Station → your visit
- At bus stand 6 outside Mito Station’s north exit, check for a service stopping at Senbako or Mito Koubun Terrace.
- Alight at either stop, immediately beside the complex. Alternatively, the city estimates about a 30-minute walk from Mito Station.
Do not assume every service from stand 6 follows the same route. Recheck destination, stops, timetable and fare for your date. This route does not take visitors to the aerial camera position.
Still to verify for your visit
- Visit-day hours, closures and prices for each tenant
- Booking rules or availability for sports, sauna and other activities; this card does not promise bookable activities
- Individual releases for incidental people or sculptures; municipal terms do not warrant all third-party rights.
A dated photograph does not establish present access, weather, availability or individual permissions.
