Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum

JR Musashi-Koganei Station → your visit
- Take a Seibu Bus from north-exit stop 2 or 3, about five minutes.
- Get off at Koganei-koen Nishi-guchi and walk about five minutes through the park.
Closures & important conditions
Closed Mondays, or the following day when Monday is a public or substitute holiday. The official October–December 2026 schedule lists the New Year closure as December 25, 2026–January 1, 2027 inclusive.
- On 6–7 November 2026 only, opening extends to 09:30–20:30, with last entry at 20:00. Illumination runs 16:30–20:30. The organizer recommends advance dated online tickets; entry may involve waiting when busy.
- Restoration work or events may limit access to individual buildings.
- Commercial photography requires advance application. Reuse of website photographs requires a separate image-license check.
- Jisho-in Mausoleum (C2, Otama-ya) is closed for repairs from September 1, 2026 until late March 2027. Dates may change; this applies only to that building, not the whole park.
