Hours & admission arrangements
Reserved slots 10:00–12:00, 12:30–14:30, 14:45–16:45; last entry 15 minutes before each slot ends.
Free, reservation-only admission. Book online up to 90 days ahead; ask by phone for same-day entry. Guided tours need a separate booking.
- Typical visit about 1 hour; a booking slot lasts 2 hours.
- Children through elementary-school age need an adult guardian.
- Free audio guide in Japanese, English, Chinese and Spanish.
- One wheelchair and two strollers are available to borrow; enquire ahead. Multipurpose toilet available.
