Kurihama Adventure Land: the Godzilla slide
Head uphill for the Godzilla slide. The park is currently only partly reopened after typhoon damage, with stairs and diversions requiring extra time.
What to see
- Godzilla slide and Adventure Land play equipment.
JR Kurihama / Keikyu Kurihama Station → your visit
- About 15 minutes from either station to the park, followed by a separate uphill walk.
- The path behind the cosmos-area toilet is closed. Use the arboretum beside Uokuni, about twenty minutes from the restaurant.
Closures & important conditions
Some paths are closed; Flower Train, Adventure Land snack shop and trampoline facility are suspended. Reopening dates unconfirmed.
- Open paths still contain stairs and steep slopes, with no lift or step-free alternative. Wheelchair and stroller passage is very difficult.
- Stay out of closed areas. Do not put cardboard or sleds beneath you on slides.
- The shuttle does not mean all paths have reopened or that a step-free route is available.

- A festival-only shuttle is announced from November 7 between the cosmos entrance and second car park. It does not run directly to Adventure Land. Check official non-operating dates and service updates.
What still needs checking
- Same-day equipment closures, restoration progress and wheelchair access on the shuttle.
